LKISEvents: MFW, the Style

Montreal Fashion Week is all about the runway,

but I gotta say, there was tons to take in off the runway, too.

Montreal has its own way about it and dressing for fashion week is no exception, with cool looks, fierce accessories and a joie de vivre that is palpable.

Here some of my favourite style highlights from off the runway at Montreal Fashion Week:

Individual Style

A very cool and spiny look

Looking fab and totally ready to pop!

Pockadot galore (love the yellow)

More dots….

And some more.

A super-chic tunic.

Championing the designer- very cool one shoulder ruffle.

Best Accessory Awards

Sick studded booties

Four-finger ring clutch (Love it J!!! You are too fabulous)

Great textured over-the-knee-boots

Eighties inspired wedges

Stunning vintage necklace (what a good find, girly)

Headsets never looked so stylish!

Signature accessory of the week: Hats everywhere

You couldn’t ask for a more stylish accessory! Front and totally gorgeous mini-fashionista!

Awesome armour on my Fashion Week partner-in-crime

Hair feathers totally caught my eye

Beautiful neckpiece on the lovely Lolitta Dandoy

Medieval vibes from this hair accessory, worn by its designer

Best Fashion Duos

Model besties

What is better than two Lisas? Two of us in over-the-knee-boots 🙂

Fashion with a vengeance

Bloggette style from the loveliest: Candice Pantin and Miss Sly

Backstage Bowtie duo

Matching mom and daughter style

My Style For Fashion Week

Cozy in the cold

Faux fur and a mini and rockstar Micalla necklace

Channeling Cleopatra

Another Montreal Fashion Week has come and gone and it was a marathon, but worth every minute! I finished the week with a bit of bubbly, a ton of writing and then it was onto the next… And thank goodness, because I wouldn’t have it any other way.
