My vacation and outfit adventures continue… Everyday of my trip, I wake up and have my ensembles pre-planned, which definitely makes me feel utterly fashion-prepared.
For this particular evening, the whole I-am-obsessed-with-sea-foam-green vibe carried on in the form of sequinned shorts I picked up on a recent trip to NYC.
I decided to mix this central piece with metallic accents (picking up the shine of the sequins) and white. My sparkely nude sandals were perfect footwear for the get-up.
Then my fun flirty heart earrings.
My bling-ed out full finger ringers…
And, my Carlos Falchi metallic bucket cross-body bag made a reappearance.
I checked myself out and was ready to go!
A white button down and asymmetrical blazer added the finishing touches and my look was complete.
The sea foam green colour is popping up in my wardrobe all over the place and I have to say that for summer it just works. It suits almost any skin-tone (brightening up paler ones and highlighting darker ones), it goes with any neutral colour (try it with black, silver, gold, grey, white) and just screams summer season energy.
Now what trend should I play with next?
Well, you know I already planned it and packed it!
PS: I mentioned that I purchased a pair of shoes on my European vacation in my post for Virgin Radio (http://montreal.virginradio.ca/blog/Style/blogentry.aspx?BlogEntryID=10404894) …well, here they are…aren’t they cute?!
